Succulent shrub reaching up to 6-8′ tall and wide. The stems branch out carrying large clumps of grey-green fleshy leaves with spines. Flowers bloom in red during the fall and winter and are on stems held above the foliage. Prefers full sun but will tolerate shade moderate to little water when established. SAP BENEATH THE SKIN IS AN IRRITANT.
