Also known as Hollyhock this decidous shrub grows quickly to 2-4′ tall with a spread of 1-3′ wide. It has showy white summer flowers. This is an old time favorite to many gardeners as it finds its place against a wall fence or at the back of a border. The flowers are 3-6 wide and the petals are heart shaped with up to 6 blooms per stock.

Full sun part sun enjoys sandy well-drained soil clay tolerates acid. Great for mass planting containers and borders.
