Deciduous small tree or shrub reaching 10-15′ tall and wide. It’s a very airy plant with showy spring blooms drooping in clusters in white to light pink. Fruit follows and is similar to blueberries. New foliage is purplish tinted turning to a deep green and in fall a firey red. Prefers full sun to partial shade moderate to regular water.
