Category:

Moderately fast-growing woody perennial to 2-3’ tall x 4-6’ wide. One of the finest selections for providing a color contrast to green-colored shrubs and perennials, this attractive variety forms a spreading mound of soft, feathery, silvery-gray foliage that despite its soft appearance is relatively heat and humidity tolerant. The inconspicuous flowers of this variety seldom ever appear, and are best removed to help maintain a tidy appearance. A yearly pruning will also help promote a more attractive and compact looking planting. Well-suited in beds and borders, as a slope planting or mass-planted groundcover. Also performs well in containers. This grateful variety requires a well-drained soil and moderate to little water once established. Thrives in a full sun to partial shade exposure.

USDA Zone: 5B-9B
