Shrub

Moderate-growing evergreen shrub with a rounded, compact growth habit to 3-5’ tall and wide. This long-blooming, heat and humidity-tolerant Southern Indica variety features lush deep-green foliage accented with a profusion of large, showy, single, speckled pink flowers with deep-pink throat markings. Flowering begins early to mid-spring, with flowers gradually maturing to a soft pale pink. It is well suited as an accent, shrub border, or mass planting, as well as making a fine container specimen. Performs best in filtered sunlight, but can tolerate full sun in coastal areas or mild-to-moderate summer climates. Thrives with regular watering in a rich, acidic, fast-draining soil. Deer resistant.
