Category:

Fast-growing evergreen shrub to 4-6’ tall and wide. This tough heat-tolerant desert-hardy species forms a rounded-mound of flattened silvery-gray foliage contrasted with masses of pea-like bright-yellow flowers appearing late-winter into spring. Flowers are followed by persistent papery brown seed pods. Tolerates reflected heat and is drought tolerant once established. Great as a warm climate accent or foundation planting. Requires a well-drained soil and a full to partial sun exposure.
