Ceanothus griseus horizontalis is also known as Ceanothus ‘Yankee Point’ and sometimes called “Carmel Creeper” an evergreen shrub that commonly grows 2 feet tall and up to 15 feet wide. It presents a mounding large growth of glossy green foliage with blue flowers in Mar-May. It does best near coastal areas is good in coastal valleys and just OK inland if it gets afternoon shade. It is very useful for stabilizing large banks.
