Category:

Fast-growing evergreen vine with stems to 20’ long. This popular landscape favorite can quickly cover a large area and features finely-divided dark-green leaflets accented with profuse clusters of pink-blushed buds opening to sweetly-fragrant star-shaped white flowers. Blooming occurs primarily late-winter into early-summer with sporadic bloom throughout the year in mild climates. Prune before the new spring growth appears to control size and shape. This versatile species is well-suited for trellises arbors fences as a large area groundcover or as a container or hanging basket specimen. Great for planting near windows or patio areas where its strong intoxicating fragrance can be fully enjoyed. Prefers regular watering in a well-drained soil and a full to partial sun exposure.
