Echeveria shaviana “Pink Frills” makes an excellent accent succulent with an unusual frilly/frosty appearance to the rosette formed violet colored leaves. The leaves have bright pink margins. ‘Pink Frills” provides good color accent for rock gardens and patio plantings. In summer it grows arching stems with small apricot-colored bell-shaped flowers. It is essential to use a very porous well draining soil. Bright light is required to keep healthy a moderately fast growing plant such as Echeveria. Water thoroughly but only when the soil is dry to the touch.
