Euonymus fortunei ‘Emerald ‘n Gold’ is a colorful evergreen bushy shrub. Its dense mounding habit makes it an excellent small hedge or border plant. Emerald ‘n Gold provide bright green foliage with a gold edge all year long. The leaves are of oval form and they are toothed. The leaves are tinged pink in winter. The greenish-white flowers are not showy. They appear in early summer. The fruits can be quite showy. They come in the fall as white capsules that expose bright orange seeds.
