Moderate-growing evergreen perennial to 8-12″ tall x 15-20″ wide. More heat and humidity tolerant than most Heuchera this unique variety forms a uniform mound of bold purplish-black leaves accented with an attractive silver sheen. Arching sprays of dainty creamy-white flowers rise above the showy foliage late-spring into summer attracting hummingbirds and butterflies. Great as a low-growing border as a filler between shrubs or in mixed flower beds or containers. The deep foliage color of this attractive variety make it a popular choice for contrasting with lighter colored shrubs and perennials. Prefers regular watering a well-drained soil and a filtered sun to partial shade exposure. Requires some protection from hot afternoon sun in warmer inland climates.
