Among the showiest flowering plants in the western garden. Glossy green leaves on a upright shrub growing 12′ tall and 6′ wide. Very showy large bright red flowers bloom throughout a warm season. Can withstand temperatures to 30* F. Needs excellent drainage and heat to thrive and bloom well. Give regular water. Makes a great houseplant.
