Fast to moderate-growing tropical evergreen shrub with an upright open growth-habit to 6-8’ tall x 4-5’ wide. Can be pruned to maintain a smaller size or trained as a small single-trunk patio tree. This attractive variety features lush glossy green foliage, and is prized for its single, peach-colored flowers with ruffled orange edges appearing throughout the warmer months, attracting butterflies and bees. Thrives in heat and sun. Well-suited as a large flowering accent, foundation planting, screen or hedge, and does well in containers allowing it to be relocated and overwintered during the frost periods of colder climates. Requires a well-drained soil with regular watering, and a full to partial sun exposure.
