This is a very upright-growing evergreen shrub with dark violet-blue flower spikes rise one to two feet above the greyish-green foliage. Largest of the lavendars. Blooms start appearing midsummer. Sweet lavendar is not suitable for human consumption. This is a very reliable bloomer and tough! Drought tolerant. Plant in full sun.
