Moderate-growing evergreen shrub typically reaching 4-5 ft tall by 4-5 ft wide. This long-time landscape favorite features small needle-like dark-green foliage that develops an attractive purplish-pink tinge and is cloaked in masses of showy double snow-white flowers that present an eye-popping display in spring often re-blooming in fall. Well-suited for rock gardens as an accent or colorful screen and makes a fine container specimen as well. Requires little water once established and can survive periods of drought. Thrives in a loamy to sandy well-drained soil and prefers a full to partial sun exposure. Greatest flower production occurs in a full sun exposure.
