Magnolia G. Miss Chloe has many outstanding qualities but is most noted for showy white flowers that are very fragrant extra large and last spring through summer. Miss Chloe foliage is a rich emerald green with medium brown undersides. Magnolia G. Miss Chloe bears brown fruit that is attractive elongated and edible by birds. Miss Chloé has a naturally dominant central trunk leader and can grow to 65 – 80 feet tall with a 25 – 35 foot canopy spread.
Miss Chloe is patented and trademarked. The tree structure is such that a dominant central trunk holds abundant secondary branching that help make up the tree’s fullness. The flowers are impressively large at 10 to 12 inches. The growth rate is rapid and Miss Chloe displays impressive growth and a mature fullness at an early age. Miss Chloe is quite versatile and used in a wide variety of landscape settings.
