Nepeta Mussinii often called Catmint has opposing gray leaves and spikes of long-blooming purple/blue flowers on long stems that reach up to 15 inches. Nepeta Mussinii is considered to be a plant that often sprawls throughout the garden.  These plants are usually aromatic.  Catmint should be planted in well-drained fertile soil in full sun to partial shade. It blooms prolifically during the summer if you keep a regular schedule to deadhead the plants when they need it.
