Fast-growing herbaceous perennial with a sprawling growth habit to 18-24” tall x 2-3’ wide. A feline favorite, this attractive species forms a soft mound of aromatic, gray-green foliage accented with abundant, showy spikes of lavender-blue flowers that appear in late-spring and summer attracting hummingbirds, butterflies and bees. Removing old flower spikes as they expire will help encourage re-blooming. Great for beds and borders, rock gardens, for cascading over walls or rockwork, or as an attractive mixed container specimen. Prefers regular watering in a well-drained soil and thrives in a full sun to partial shade exposure.

USDA Zone: 3A-8B
