Plant Type

Perennial

Moderate-growing herbaceous perennial with an upright growth habit to 2-3′ tall and wide. This durable, long-blooming variety features finely-cut, aromatic, silvery-green foliage accented with abundant, fuzzy light-blue flowers that rise above the attractive foliage summer into fall, and is an absolute favorite for butterflies. In full bloom this prolific variety has an almost cloud-like appearance, and is well-suited in rock gardens, beds and borders, or as a color and texture contrast to dark-colored shrubs. Tolerates heat, humidity and drought once established. Thrives in a full sun exposure, and a well-drained soil is essential for this variety to prosper. Deer resistant.
