Category:

Moderate to fast-growing evergreen shrub to 3-4’ tall and wide. This low-maintenance heat-loving species forms a dense rounded-mound of soft fuzzy gray-green leaves accented with eye-catching whorls of bright lemon-yellow flowers that rise above the foliage spring through summer attracting birds and butterflies. Well-suited in mixed beds or borders as an accent drift or mass planting. A light pruning after flowering will help promote a more compact-growing specimen. Requires a well-drained soil and needs little water once established. Prefers a sun to partial shade exposure.
