Category:

Moderate-growing herbaceous perennial with a spreading growth-habit to 6-8” tall x 12-14” wide. This attractive species forms a dense, spreading mound of bright-green foliage accented with abundant clusters of showy lavender-colored flowers that appear in spring, attracting butterflies. Well-suited as a groundcover, accent, edging, rock garden or container planting. While this species can survive with little watering once established, a more robust-looking planting is achieved with regular watering in a well-drained soil. Thrives in a partial sun to light shade exposure.
