Fast-growing deciduous tree to 25’ tall and wide. Revered for its picturesque growth habit and magnificent floral display, this popular variety eventually forms a flattened canopy of lightly-arching branches cloaked in a spectacular display of fragrant, pink-tinged, double white flowers that appear in early-spring prior to the emergence of its dark-green foliage. Adding further appeal to this long-admired variety is its fall foliage coloring, with leaves turning bright yellow before dropping in winter. Great as a lawn, yard, courtyard or small patio tree, and is especially appealing when planted in multiples where its dazzling flower display is magnified. Requires regular watering in a well-drained soil and performs best in a full sun exposure.
