Category:

Moderate to moderately-fast-growing evergreen groundcover to 4-8” tall x 3-5’ wide. This durable, non-invasive variety forms a dense, spreading mat of rough-textured, emerald-green leaves that exhibit an attractive burgundy-tinge in the cool of fall. Adding further appeal to this variety are the small white flowers that appear in spring, followed by fleshy, orange-colored berries appearing in summer and late-fall. Great groundcover for slopes, woodland areas, or for creeping around rock work. Plant on 2-3’ centers to assure good coverage. Prefers moderate watering in a sun to partial shade exposure.
