Fast-growing, shrubby evergreen perennial to 18-24” tall and wide. This attractive, floriferous variety forms a compact mound of lightly-fragrant, medium-green foliage accented with abundant, showy spikes of bright violet-blue flowers appearing from spring to fall, attracting hummingbirds, butterflies and bees. Removing old flowers as they expire will help to encourage re-blooming. A cottage garden favorite, this heat-tolerant variety is well-suited in beds and borders or as a colorful edging, as well as making a fine container specimen. Requires little water once established and thrives in a well-drained soil, in a full to partial sun exposure.
