Moderate to slow-growing semi-deciduous tree with an open rounded growth habit to 25-40’ tall and wide. This visually splendid species eventually forms a rounded canopy of palmately-divided dark-green leaves and masses of showy yellow-throated rosy-pink trumpet-shaped flowers that appear when the tree is leafless in late-winter to early-spring. While this species has moderate to light water needs through the warmer parts of the season in general it needs only occasional watering once established. Overwatering can lead to weak flowering. Great choice as street lawn or patio tree. Full sun.
