Category:

Fast-growing vigorous evergreen perennial to 1-2′ tall and wide. Narrow strap-like bluish-green foliage has a distinctive garlic fragrance when brushed or bruised and is highlighted with dainty lavender-pink flowers on 2′ stems that rise above the foliage nearly year-round with the strongest blooming occurring in spring and summer. Leaves of this plant can be used in cooking. Great as a low border or herb garden accent for spotting in rock gardens or pond areas or for planting in mass. Tolerates heat and a fairly wide range of soil conditions and prefers a regular watering schedule. Remove old flowers to prolong blooming periods. Sun to partial shade.
