Aureo-Variegata is an evergreen shrub with an upright growth habit. It has an umbrella-shaped top. Euonymus japonicus ‘Aureo-Variegata’ withstands pruning to keep it a smaller size or it can be trained as a tree. As a tree it possesses an attractive “curving” trunk. Leaves have brilliant yellow blotches with green edges and are oval in shape with a glossy leathery texture. It is best grown in full sun.
