Tolerates heat reflected heat drought coastal conditions and a variety of soil types provided they’re well-drained. Long admired for its durability this variety is well-suited as an accent hedge background screen mass planting or small tree. All parts of this plant contain a milky sap that is poisonous if ingested so caution should be used when pruning or working with this species. Thrives in a full sun exposure.
